Tonight I am making for dinner, gluten free macaroni and cheese. The cheese is a combination of Gouda, Cheddar, and Parmesan. Throw in a little olive oil, and you have yourself some good eatin’! I also added a few grilled chicken breast tenders as well as stir fry veggies (carrots, snap peas, and broccoli) as well. What an easy quick nutritious meal!
1 package Gluten Free Organic Noodles
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Gouda cheese
1/4 cup Olive Oil
