Moist Almond Vanilla Cupcakes

Magically Moist Vanilla Cake

3/4 cup unsalted butter (I used non dairy butter)
1/2 organic cane sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsps baking soda
3 drops #onguard #essentialoil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cupcake pan. Cream together butter and sugar until it becomes smooth consistency. Add each egg individually,  vanilla, as well as the Onguard essential oil. Add almond milk and vanilla. Mix, mix, mix as my little would say, until it’s well combined. In another both combine flours, salt, and baking soda. Stir dry mixture into wet ingredients. Mix, mix, mix until it has a creamy consistency. Pour in cupcake pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. You can totally make it into a cake too and use a cake pan! Yummm!

 

I top it off with homemade coconut milk whip cream and strawberries. Talk about delicious!
